Fairhaven College Grants
Student Development Grants
Several grants of up to $100 are awarded each quarter, which support the costs of research, supplies for student projects, conference attendance and other activities or materials clearly related to the student's academic study at Fairhaven. Priority is given to students who have not received a previous grant and whose project relates to a concentration or major or senior project.
Student Development Grant Application Requirements:
In addition to the application form, submit a typed response to the following questions:
- Have you been awarded this grant previously? If yes, when? For what purpose?
- What will the grant money be used for? Include a budget.
- Describe how this activity is related to your study at Fairhaven College.
- Attach supporting documents (such as conference, materials if appropriate).

Quarterly Deadlines:
- Fall Qtr - Oct 15th
- Winter Qtr - Jan 15th
- Spring & Summer Qtr - April 15th
Adventure Learning Grant: $15,000, 3 students, 10 months abroad
