Volunteer/Internship: Medical Records for Students in India

I am looking for a student that would like to work on a project that would create a medical record that students at a school in India could keep with them and take it to each doctors or dental appointment. It would have their immunization record and past medical history in it. I have examined 50 students and 28 staff at the school it will be used in and want someone interested in doing the design and initial data entry for each of the students. It would then be printed up and bound then sent to the school. This would be a great learning experience.
