Western Washington University Scholarships

In addition to scholarships offered by Fairhaven College, Fairhaven students are also eligible for Western Washington University scholarships. WWU awards more than $1,000,000 in institutional scholarships each year. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit, talent, extracurricular activities, multicultural experience, leadership and in some cases, financial need. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will be used to determine financial need and can be submitted online at www.fafsa.gov. Priority deadline is February 15th of each year.

These scholarships include eligibility criteria and deadlines as described in the Western Undergraduate Scholarship Brochure. This publication is also available from the Scholarship Center, Old Main 275.

The WWU Scholarship Center has information on WWU Scholarships, tips for applying for scholarships, how-tos, scams, budgeting, and tax credits.
