These are the various work delivery methods.

These codes are auto filled from selections made during completion of the Self-Service request based on time of response and delivery method of time and materials or estimated work. The first number is the Priority ID. The second number is the number of days to complete the requested work. This is followed by the type of work.

This field is configured three segments (xx-xxx-xx)...
- State funded (SF) or self-sustaining (SS). This separates all work into these two accounting areas.
- Department ID. This covers only the major Facilities Management clients. Clients not listed use "Other." This is to separate work between the departments listed.
- Defines the type of work, PM=Preventive Maintenance, RM=Reactive Maintenance, CM=Corrective Maintenance, and NC=New Construction. See Understanding Maintenance Types & Funding Needs for a complete description of the types of work.
Note: SELECT - SELECT MAINTENANCE TYPE - This is the auto filled type from the Self-Service request top notify the funding authorities that they must select a maintenance type from the list below to categorize the work.

OUTAGE_CLASS COMMENTS NOTES CRITICAL CRITICAL WWU IMPACT - MIN. 21 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE This relates to our FM's SOP for shut downs. This class has the highest level of impact to the occupants, typically systems that must remain operational 24/7. OPERATIONL MINIMAL WWU IMPACT - MIN. 3 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE This relates to our FM's SOP for shut downs. This class has the second highest level of impact to the occupants, typically systems that must remain operational but service less critical functions. ECONOMY NO WWU IMPACT - NO ADVANCE NOTICE
This relates to our FM's SOP for shut downs. This class has the lowest level of impact to the occupants, typically systems that do not need to remain operational at any given time.
EMERGENCY EMERGENCY WWU IMPACT - IMMEDIATE NOTICE This relates to our FM's SOP for shut downs. This class is used when there is no choice but to perform repairs immediately regardless of the impact to the occupants. This selection will be verified by WCC.
