For Academic Buildings, Utilities and Grounds

- Backlog Reduction Plans - These plans are required within Western's 10 Capital Plan which is published each 2 year funding cycle.
- Washington State Comparable Framework for Higher Education - To bring backlogs within higher education to a common comparable condition assessment the state developed the Comparable Framework. This started as a charge through the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee, then was coordinated through the Higher Education Coordinating Board (HECB) and now falls under the responsibility of the Office of Financial Management (OFM).
