Submit a Self-Service Request
Requests for maintenance or renovation services are made through the submittal of a "Self-Service Request." Self-Service requests are divided into funded and chargeable services.
- Funded services are provided without charge and are supported through operating funds appropriated by the State Legislature.
- Chargeable services are supported by direct charges to the client requesting the service.

Maintenance, repair and operations of University Residences, Associated Students and related auxiliary facilities, is performed by Facilities Management personnel and coordinated through University Residences' Facilities Management or Associated Students' Facilities Services. All University Residences' maintenance and renovation/construction requests should be directed to 650-3556. All Associated Students' maintenance and renovation/construction requests should be directed to 650-3450.
