All processed work requests are forwarded to this area. The requested work is categorized as Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, or Construction. Work is distributed to the shops to assure the effective utilization of our work force and that shops will have sufficient revenues to meet their budgets. A master schedule containing all the shop work is utilized to determine when work will be done. The scheduler works with customers, FM's labor resource availability, and budgetary needs within the guidelines set by the FM Work Flow Management Team. All work that requires interface with the campus to meet a prearranged timeframe is route through the FM Scheduler.
