CASHNet Support


What is CASHNet?

CASHNet is a receipting software that Western uses to process both online and in-person payments to student account and make campus department deposits. Electronic bills are also available online via CASHNet. These bills are produced and made available to students once a month, and they show the monthly activity for a given account. CASHNet is primarily used by cash handling staff at Western; training specific to the use of CASHNet for your job can be provided by your supervisor.

How do I get access to CASHNet?

CASHNet permissions are controlled by a small handful of users with administrator access to the system. If you need to be set up to use CASHNet, contact Becky Kellow, Bob Putich, or Suzy Merrick via email to be given the proper access.
