The
Returning
Student Application is available here as an e-sign form.
This application is required to determine eligibility
for registration and activate your student record if you
were not enrolled the previous quarter. Early application
allows timely access to registration information. We strongly
encourage filing of the Returning Student Application at
least one week before registration begins.
Students who cannot register for consecutive quarters should
apprise their program adviser or coordinator of their impending
absence. Students do not need to officially notify the Graduate
School of their absence.
Students should note that the quarter(s) they are not enrolled
still count towards the five year limit on degree completion.
Also, any outstanding K grades must still be cleared within
a year ot the K grade reverts to a Z.

Aid office for deadlines and procedures if you are applying
for financial aid.
