To Declare a History Major or Minor:

PICK UP a History Major or Minor Declaration form at the History Department Front Office,  Bond Hall 364.

CONTACT a History Faculty Advisor for a signature. Click for Advisor information .

DELIVER the signed Major or Minor Declaration form to the Registrar in Old Main 230.
