*What's new for Summer Quarter exercise classes?
We have a new online registration system, check it out!
Classes are based on a longer session in Summer, but classes will be priced the same.
The Faculty & Staff Wellness Program has absorbed the additional sales tax that we now have to pay for classes, so there is no price increase to you!

*New for Summer Quarter: We will be having our 1st free Self-Defense Workshop. This course will be 1 hour long and instructed by Western's own, Rob Eis. More information will be posted soon.
