Conditions of Employment
Bargaining Unit Agreements
All new classified staff must comply with the appropriate bargaining unit agreement including participation and union dues requirements when applicable.
Western's Conducting Background Checks Policy requires a thorough review of all new hires including a criminal background review, reference, credential, education and employment history verification.
