Minimum class size: Normally 5 participants

Maximum class size: 18 for computer application training, varies for others

Class Duration: 1 to 8 hours. Normally, the 6 to 8 hour classes are conducted in 3 - 4 hour blocks over a period of 2 days.

Registration/Cancellation Deadline:

  • 2 calendar weeks for fee classes and
  • 1 calendar week for non-fee classes prior to class unless otherwise specified

Custom Classes: Similar to the Standard Classes, they also can be customized to combine content from several classes. You can specify class dates, times, emphasis and pacing.

Maximum class size: 18 in the Human Resources Computer Lab

Consulting/Individual Instruction: One-on-one consultation. Work on specific projects or problem areas in your own office. Available by appointment.

Class Request

To support the staff and faculty of WWU, we will schedule classes on an as-needed basis in addition to our regularly scheduled classes. This allows the scheduling of those classes that are in demand.

Classes in demand are based on individual class requests submitted to the class request database. When there are a sufficient number (normally a minimum of 5 participants) of requests for a particular course, a class will be scheduled and added to the training schedule.

You can view all scheduled classes and available courses at the WWU Training website

Scheduled Class: If the date and time of the scheduled class meets your needs then you can register for the class selecting "Register" next to the class title.

If the date and/or time of the scheduled class does not meet your need or there is not a class scheduled for an available course you may request a class be scheduled by selecting "Request a Class".
