Kaylee Instructs the following classes:

Kaylee was born and raised in Bellingham, WA and completed her undergraduate degree at Washington State University in 2007.  She majored in Kinesiology and minored in psychology, while competing on the varsity track and field team for four years for the Cougars (Go Cougs!).  She is now attending graduate school at Western Washington University, and working towards her master’s degree in Human Movement & Performance specializing in Sport & Exercise Psychology.  

Fitness has always been a part of Kaylee’s life, and in addition to her work with the Wellness Program, she was the men's and women's jumps coach for the WWU track and field team from 07-09, and a personal trainer (ACSMcPT) at Bellingham Athletic Club from 07-10.  She has worked with clients from ages 14-92, and enjoys making fitness fun for everyone. She is also taken the Crossfit Level 1 Trainer course.

Kaylee truly believes that fitness has great physical and psychological benefits, and there is something out there for everyone.  She takes a behavioral approach to the consultations, and aims to help everyone maximize their own potential.
