Barre Exercise Class

Fridays from 12-1 in Carver Gym D with Cyndie Shepard



Barre Exercise is a class adapted from classical Ballet barre exercises designed to strengthen the body, develop long term postural benefits, a  strong core, muscle balance and increased flexibility.   Class is 50 minutes.  No experience  required!  Please wear yoga-like attire or leotards/tights.  Socks or bare feet are appropriate.  Please bring a water bottle.  And prepare to have fun!

No Class On: 10/17, 10/24 & 11/7

End: 12/12
