Yoga is an ancient art developed over three thousand years ago in the foothills of the Himalayas. The science of yoga has endured the ages and is today just as powerful of a practice to help people deal with their daily stresses and challenges in a more graceful and empowering way. Yoga affects a person's life on all levels in body, mind and spirit. It brings physical health and stamina, mental steadiness and poise, and spiritual awareness.
This restorative lunch-hour class focuses on alignment, action and breath to renew a body awareness and gentle toning benefits.
Nancy's classes highlight her Iyengar Yoga personal practice and teacher training.
