Description: Discover your inner strength to enhance any activity and concentration through Hatha Yoga. This class will take your Yoga experience beyond the class to your daily activities. The focus of this class will be to concentrate on breathing, stretching, asanas (yoga poses), meditation and relaxation. Wear loose clothing, long tops or shirts that will allow you to bend forward and keep your body covered, athletic shoes are optional.

The combination of postures, breath awareness, and deep relaxation provide the perfect way to wake up your body, relax your mind, and restore your spirit. Take a break in your day and return to your job feeling refreshed and energized. Instructor Susan D'Onofrio has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and thinks of yoga as a journey rather than a destination. She offers personal attention to her students - whether they are experienced or beginners - and her approach is gentle, supportive, patient, and enthusiastic.
