Faculty & Staff Wellness Programs
1:00-1:30 PM in CV GYM C & Outside
with Kaylee Nightingale
This is a 30 minute class designed for those who are starting at a very beginning level of fitness and who are new to exercise, or have not exercised in a long time. We will work on simple movement patters, functional movements and stretches. We will work on strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility at a moderate pace. We will use mostly bodyweight, and some minimal free weight equipment.
Athletic shoes and comfortable clothes that you can sweat in are recommended. Everything in the class will be designed to work within the constraints of limited space and equipment.
Location: Carver Gym C and outside locations.
Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:00-1:30 PM

- Begins Tuesday 1/7/14
- Ends Thursday 3/25/14
- Kate will sub for Kaylee on Tu 1/28 & Tu 2/4.
- We will not have class on Tr 1/30, we will make that day up on Tues 3/25.
