You can achieve this, and much more, through the practice of Tai Chi Chuan. Join us as we explore this extraordinary art of harmonious, effective movement.
In this class we will explore and practice basic breathing and warm-up exercises, Tai Chi walking qigong, and the popular 5-Section Tai Chi Short Form. This form is easy to learn, can be practiced in a fairly small space and takes less time to perform than the traditional long form. The class is open to beginning and experienced students and will be supported with additional online video and other materials.
About Tai Chi:
Tai Chi is a truly holistic art that seeks to cultivate harmony of body, mind, emotion, and spirit. It has its roots as a Taoist art of self defense and comes to us from ancient China. It is well known to improve health, fitness, and well-being on many levels and is an enjoyable and effective tool for personal development.
