Mondays Only for Summer with Kate in Student Rec Center Studio A

(Monday/Wednesday schedule will resume in Fall 2015)

Description: This class includes several formats of exercise for participants of all levels. Each class will include cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises to benefit the entire body.


  • All you need to do is show up in Studio A! Equipment is located in the studio.


Location: Student Rec Center Studio A

$30 for Monday only

Time: Monday Noon-1 pm  

Class Date Information: 

  • Start: Mon 7/6
  • Ends: Mon 9/14
  • No Class on Monday 8/3!
