Description: This diverse class includes several formats of fitness for the beginner to the more advanced participant.  This class focuses on building endurance, strength and flexibility.

Location: Mondays & Wednesdays in Carver Gym A.


$50 for M & W class package
$30 for Monday only
$30 for Wednesday only

Time: Monday & Wednesday Noon-1 pm  

Class Date Information: 

  • Start: Wed 9/24
  • Ends: 12/10
    • There will be no class on Monday 11/10 or Wed 11/12
