Sign up now, this class is for you!

This class is truly structured for ALL LEVELS of exercisers!  This group will meet at noon on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and be led on different paths around campus by our instructor Karis.  You will experience quality instruction throughout the quarter, and the focus will be on increasing your fitness level, and general health.  Modifications in distance and speed can be made for anyone.

Location: TBA Locations at various spots around the campus. 

Cost: $29 per quarter

Please Note: Summer Quarter is based off 12 weeks instead of 10 weeks.  Prices will stay the same for classes, but some days (no more than 2 weeks worth) will be cancelled due to instructor vacation or space availability.

Time: M & W from Noon-1:00
