How do I apply for IEP?

Fill out an application form, and send it into the IEP office at 516 High Street, Bellingham, WA 98225-9048. Also send an application fee of $100 and a financial guarantee with your application.

What is a financial guarantee?

A financial guarantee is from your bank, your family's bank or from your sponsor and confirms that you have at least $4,885 (includes tuition, and fees of approx. $2,535 and approx. $2,350 for your living expenses) available to you for EACH QUARTER you will study with us (for three quarters, the amount is approximately $14,655).

How do I get an I-20?

We will send you an I-20 when we have received your IEP application, application fee and financial guarantee. Remember it may take a few weeks to receive your I-20 via mail so apply early. For students who may be transferring from another USA college or university IEP will send you a transfer form that must be returned to IEP before we can send you a new I-20.
