Personal expenses and textbook costs are not included. Housing and food costs are approximate and are subject to change.

12-week sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring)

Summer Quarters:

9 week session (Summer)

WWU Fees*:	$369

 

• *WWU fees include Health Center, Technology, General Services, Recreation Center, Building, and a Transportation fee of $25 (students will receive a bus pass). These fees are mandatory for all WWU students.
• Textbook costs are not included.
• As some fees are subject to change, please contact the IEP office to confirm current costs.

WWU Payment and Fee Information

• Tuition is due AFTER the quarter begins.
• Students may pay their IEP tuition and Western fees using a credit card, personal check, traveler’s check, or cash. However, credit cards are not accepted for Housing or Dining fees.
  
• We generally recommend that students open checking accounts from an American bank after they arrive at Western. Western IEP staff will assist students with opening checking accounts.

The IEP follows a quarterly schedule with three 12-week quarters during the regular academic year (Fall, Winter, Spring) and a 9-week Summer session:
