Direct Exchange Application Check List
Completed Foreign University's Application
Completed IPE Application, including:
- Conditions for Enrollment
- Memorandum of Understanding
- Risk and Hold Harmless Form
- Program Form
- Financial Statement
- Advising Form
- Medical Report: NOT due until 30 days prior to departure
- Study Abroad Health Insurance Verification Form
- WWU Deposit: payment of application fee and the first quarter’s concurrent enrollment fee. Pay this fee to the University Cashier; must use the "IPE Fee Deposit Form."
In addition to the IPE Application you will need to include:
- One completed Direct Exchange Reference Form, delivered in a sealed envelope to: Attn: Direct Exchange Program, WWU-IPE, MS 9100
- One page 'Statement of Purpose'
- Official transcripts from each college or university that you have attended. Have transcripts sent to: Attn: Direct Exchange Program, WWU-IPE, MS 9100
