Accommodations:
The weekend of BVJC is very busy in the city of Bellingham. There are numerous conferences, tournaments, and organizational meetings scheduled, so booking a room early is recommended.
The Guesthouse Inn, a 10-minute drive from campus, will hold 15 single rooms Bellingham Visual Journalism Conference participants until June 15, 2011. Cost: $88 for a single with a Queen-size bed. Please mention the conference in order to get a room and these discounted rates.

Higginson Hall was recently remodeled and will be available for BVJC participants who want to stay on the WWU campus. The rooms are suite style with semi-private bathrooms (two rooms of like gender share). Rooms can be booked as a single or double. Bed and bath linens are provided.
Rates: Single - $46.60/night, Double – $30.90/person/night
Parking passes are $10/day or $31 for the week. Free city parking is a 5-10 minute walk away.
