I am excited to be LEAD director while studying wetlands ecology in Huxley College's M.S. program. I previously studied biology and environmental studies in Victoria, B.C., and worked for BC Parks and up on the remote central BC coast, but now it's good to be back in Washington and I LOVE the Bellingham area. I also like running, botanizing, getting my hands dirty, and replacing horrible weeds with native plants. In addition to being a big plant nerd, I'm also a closet amateur bryologist (google it). My partner and I started a wild foods business last year, so look out for our wild food products and workshops soon. I look forward to seeing you at a LEAD work party soon!
