We are planning a series of public lectures by distinguished scholars on the study of religion and intellectual and cultural history. Please check Announcements for details. When you can plan to attend, please let us know.

Surveys

Every year the University tries to compile information about the employment and continuing education of its graduates. This information is then reported by departments to the legislature and to other interested organizations. We need your help as a department to accurately complete these surveys. We will know better how to prepare our graduates for life after college, because we will have better information about where and how you have found your education to be valuable, or not so valuable.

Scholarship Support

The department awards several partial scholarships each year to students who are beginning their senior year and who have demonstrated a record of high achievement. You can help support this effort by contributing to the Western Fund. Every contribution helps. Please specify that your contribution is for the Department of Liberal Studies, for scholarship support.
