ALOHA

Aloha mai kakou O'Aliah Irvine ko'u inoa. No Waiʿanae, Oʿahu mai au I am from Wai‘anae, O‘ahu. Currently I am a senior at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa majoring in Natural Resources & Environmental Management. This semester I had the opportunity to participant in the Multicultural Initiative in the Marine Sciences Program (MIMSUP). Working with Dr. Steve Sulkin, I studied the negative effects of toxic algal diets on rotifers and how toxins are transferred to other species in the marine food web.
