Recitals
Return the forms to the music office. Hard copies of these forms are available from the music office.
1pm Recital Request (pdf)
To be filled out by a faculty member or student.
Note: 1pm Recital Requests must have the signature of your private instructor. 1pm Recital Requests must be received by the Monday before the recital date to insure participation.
Student Recital Packet (pdf)
Print and fill out these forms if planning a student recital. Be sure to work closely with your area coordinator and private instructor when scheduling and programming your recital.
Note: Junior and Studio recitals cannot exceed the 50 minute time limit.
