Faculty meetings are usually held in the Music Library Conference Room (Room 376) from 1pm-2pm. Make sure you have that time reserved every Tuesday!

If you are planning to make a department-related trip, please use the above form. At the end of the form, email to Sharon Miller for further processing.

Faculty/Visiting Artist Recital Packet

Print and fill out this form if planning a faculty recital or arranging a performance for a visiting artist. If planning a studio recital, please use this form. Do not fill in the "collaboration" section, but please instead use that area to indicate the title of your studio recital. This is a new form, and is intended to insure accurate planning, publicity and programs within the music office.

Student Recital Packet

To be filled out by a student planning a recital.

1pm Recital Request

To be filled out by a faculty member or student. Note: The office will no longer be accepting 1pm Recital Requests without the signature of their private instructor. Also, 1pm Recital Request forms must be received by the Monday before the recital date to insure participation.
