Troy Abel
     TROY ABEL
Environmental Science, is interested in environmental policy, state/local government, and citizen participation.  He supports learning outside classroom; and sponsors independent projects that provide research experiences. A graduate student is helping him collect data/analysis that will be used in a book manuscript, Coming Clean: Information Disclosure and Environmental Decision Making.
Karen López Alonzo
   KAREN LóPEZ            ALONZO
a Nicaraguan native, teaches Spanish in the department of Modern and Classical Languages.  She earned her Master’s at Arizona State University and her area of research is in contemporary Central American Literature.
Vaughn Bell
   VAUGHN BELL
Fairhaven, is an
artist working in installation, sculpture, video and public art.  Her work focuses on human relationships to their environment. She is teaching art and interdisciplinary classes at Fairhaven.
Paul Bingham
  PAUL BINGHAM Lecturer - Communications & Asst.. Director of Forensics. Paul is interested in all aspects of communication, particularly with audio formats.  He has been both a debate competitor and debate coach.  He loves the outdoors and especially enjoys camping, biking and Frisbee.  He is eager to explore this corner of Washington. 
Bidisha Biswas
BIDISHA BISWAS
Political Science, enjoys travel and mystery novels.   Her research examines the area of international security, particularly international intervention in conflicts and terrorism-related issues. She is currently researching the impact of post-9/11 security measures on immigration policy and diaspora politics in the US and Canada. 
Marion Brodhagen
    MARION                  BRODHAGEN Biology. Marion enjoys kayaking, hiking, music, dance performances and reading and writing poetry.  She completed a postdoc in Plant Pathology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Marion is learning to telemark ski and cautions people on the slopes to watch out for the jumble of arms and legs careening gracelessly down the mountain!
Rich Brown
   RICH BROWN recently returned to the northwest after three years in New York.  He worked in Brooklyn at NYU's Experimental Theatre Wing and in upstate New York at Hartwick College where he taught acting and directing.  Rich prefers two wheels to four (his Honda Shadow or mountain bike) and loves cooking with his partner Kendall.
Andy Bunn
    ANDY BUNN Environmental Science, loves to ski and sail with his kids.  His teaching and research are in paleoecology, climate change, and energy.
