Welcome to the WWU Box Office, located in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center (PAC) at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. For directions on how to visit us, please click here. Parking information is available online through our Parking Office or by calling (360) 650-2945.

WWU Box Office Hours:

Monday - Saturday from 11am to 5pm

When a performance is scheduled outside these hours, the Box Office windows will open at least one hour before the performance. We will be closed on certain holidays and during academic intersessions.

Payment Policies

We accept Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment. You must present your picture ID when picking up tickets charged over the phone. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Programs and dates are subject to change.

Online Purchases

You can now purchase tickets online through Tickets.com. Your tickets will be mailed to you if there are more than 10 days before the event. They will be held at Will Call if there are less than 10 days before the event. You must present your picture ID when picking up tickets charged online.

Online tickets are assessed a convenience fee based on the ticket price.

Discount Categories

Discount tickets are available per the discretion of each event coordinator and may not be available for all events. To see if the event you are interested in has discount tickets available, please call the WWU Box Office at (360) 650-6146.

Discounts are available in person at the WWU Box Office with the proper ID and over the phone. Please note that WWU Student discounts are not available over the phone and must be purchased in person at the WWU Box Office. Discounts are available online for selected events.
