Scholarships
A list of our departmental scholarships can be found below on the Scholarship Selection form.

Submission Requirements:
A. Staple the following materials together in this order:
- Scholarship Selection Form (print and fill out)
- Scholarship description & criteria
- Scholarship Application From (fill out online and print)
- Transcript (can be unofficial) from all institutions attended
B. Three letters (forms) of recommendation are required:
- Ask the person filling out the form to go to Recommendation Form and fill out online. Completed forms can be emailed to Sherena Geariety/PEHR Program Coordinator OR mailed directly to: PEHR Scholarship Committee: WWU, 516 HIgh Street, Bellingham WA 98225-9067
Deadline for all scholarships is April 12, 2013.
