December 4, 2008 Commencement opportunity

Faculty and Staff,  

For those of you who have an immediate family member graduating from Western, I would like to offer you the opportunity to present their diploma at our Commencement Ceremonies.  Immediate family includes: spouse, partner, child, mother, father, sister, brother, mother and father-in-law, brother and sister-in-law, grandparent and grandparent-in-law.    Our Fall Commencement Ceremony is Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Carver Gym.  If you have a family member graduating and would like to participate, please notify Liz Sipes at x3998 or Dixie Doran at x2246 no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2008.
