Printing, Graphics, Web & Copyright Services has been designated the official state agent for the production and purchase of the university's printing, copying and binding requirements (RCW 43.78.030).

All WWU faculty and staff shall utilize WWU's Printing, Graphics, Web & Copyright Services for the copying, printing and binding of all university-related material, including classroom instructional material.

Utilization of Printing, Graphics, Web & Copyright Services insures the University is in compliance with RCW 41.06.382, the university union bargaining agreements and institutional policies and procedures.
