Please be prepared to present photo ID to pick up tickets. If you are unable to pick up your tickets, a friend may do so for you. You must provide your friend with a signed note that states the name of the person who is to pick up the tickets. The named person must present his or her photo ID.
Review the For Students section.
It contains information on ceremony details and ticket information.
Review the For Guests section.
It contains information about tickets, lodging, and special accommodations. Check out Parking & Directions about getting to campus.
Remind guests about ticket information.
All guests seated in the Carver Academic Building require tickets regardless of age.
It is highly recommended that your guests arrive early as seating is first come, first served and the procession begins 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. The doors will be closed during the procession and will reopen after the procession is complete.
Guests with wheelchairs and mobility limitations have designated areas reserved but space is on a first come, first seated basis. SMATE is a comfortable alternative for guests who do not get seated in Carver or for guests who prefer less crowded areas.
Send the link to our Live Stream for guests viewing from home
