Replacement or Duplicate Diplomas

In Fall 2010 Western celebrated the awarding of the 100,00th degree with a redesigned diploma. The new diploma certificate incorporates Western’s blue and marks the first redesign of the document in more than a decade.

You may order a replacement diploma for $40 by filling out the Diploma Replacement Form. Going forward, all replacements will be on the new design. If you have any questions please contact the Registrar’s Office at (360) 650-3701 or emailing jana.schueler@wwu.edu.

NOTE: Replacement diplomas will bear the signatures of the current University President, Provost, Dean and Trustee and have the words "Replacing the original document issued by Western Washington University" printed at the bottom.
