Veterans Services
Welcome to Western Washington University’s Veterans Services pages! We look forward to helping you receive and use the benefits you have earned. Our job is to work with Veterans and their dependants to help them reach their educational goals. To best serve you there are a few things you should know:
First, each veteran/dependant enrolling at Western for the first time must either apply for educational benefits with the Veterans Administration or fill out a change of program form (if you have used your benefits previously at another educational institution). In order for you to receive your payments on time, this should be done well in advance of the academic quarter you wish to attend. We would be more than happy to help you though this process if you have any questions or concerns; just contact our office!
Make sure you know which educational benefit you are eligible for and will be using when you start your program here at Western.
Also, make sure you have submitted an application for enrollment to Western Washington University and have been accepted or are waiting to hear about your acceptance.
