Emma Norman is a political and environmental geographer working at the intersection between water governance, political geography, and environmental and social justice. Dr. Norman serves as the Chair of the Native Environmental Science Department at Northwest Indian College in Bellingham, WA. (Read More)

Patti Gobin is a member of the Tulalip Tribes and works in the Natural Resource Treaty Rights office, working with state, local and federal agencies regarding those issues that impact the life ways of the Tulalip Tribes.

Rosaline Canessa is a coastal geographer focusing on coastal planning and management, and development and evaluation of geospatial analysis and tools (GIS) to improve decision making relating to coastal use and marine conservation. Dr. Canessa is Associate Professor of Geography at the University of Victoria. (Read More)
