Who services your Joy Stokes Loan?

Western’s Loans and Collections Office is the servicer of your Joy Stokes Loan, so we are the office to contact if you have questions. You will be mailing all correspondence and paperwork to our office. Your monthly payments and your request for Automatic Direct Draft will be mailed to Campus Partners.

What's AutoDraft?

Autodraft is a service offered by Campus Partners that automatically drafts your monthly or quarterly student loan payment from your checking or savings account on the date you specify. AutoDraft is available to borrowers with all loan types and is processed electronically through the Federal Reserve National Clearinghouse.

 

How do I sign up for AutoDraft?

Signing up for AutoDraft is easy. You can enroll online by going to the login screen, and then selecting AutoDraft from the left-hand navigational bar. You also can sign up for AutoDraft by calling 800-334-8609 to enroll on the phone or to request an AutoDraft application through our Interactive Voice Response system. You can also download an Autodraft Application from the Campus Partners Web site and mail it in.

 

Do Joy Stokes Loans have deferment privileges?

Joy Stokes loans do have unemployment/economic hardship deferment privileges. Also, if you return to school as at least a half-time, you can defer your loan with in-school status. This will defer your interest and pricipal payments.

Even though you may not qualify for a deferment, if you are experiencing economic hardship please call our office at 360-650-2943 and we can discuss a special billing arrangement that is sensitive to your economic needs.

 

Do Joy Stokes Loans have cancellation privileges ?

Sorry, but Joy Stokes Loans can not be cancelled.
