Sustainability Research at Western encompasses: (1) Inquiry into the interrelated processes and policies that are integral to livable and healthy communities; (2) Perspectives, methods, and creativity that are interdisciplinary, cross-cultural, and trans-generational; and, (3) Affirmation of social equity and justice as fundamental to community wellbeing.
