Elena Pereyra is an Academic Support Coordinator in Student Outreach Services and comes with fifteen formal years as an educator and mentor in higher education. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in American Cultures and Women Studies, a Master’s degree in United States Social and Political History, and a Doctorate degree in Education. She has continued her formal education with certification in Museum Studies, National Archives Records and Management, and is currently studying towards her certification as an American Certified Archivist. Her goal is to continue contributing towards the preservation of indigenous histories, ancient artifacts, and the languages of knowledge in the Americas.
