For the past six years, I have worked at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) in financial aid and student advocacy offices where I worked to promote the advancement of underrepresented students. I worked at the Women’s Resource Center where I programmed events to raise awareness on gender issues and served as a resource to students. Additionally, I worked at the Cesar Chavez Cultural Center in recruiting, retaining and graduating more students of color and serving as an advisor for fraternal and activist groups.

In 2010, I graduated from UNC with a Masters in Educational Leadership and an emphasis in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership. I am excited to be here at WWU as an Academic Support Coordinator for Student Outreach Services and the Ethnic Student Center.  College was one the best experiences in my life and I look forward to working with you as you embark on your experience here at WWU.
