I’m excited to support you in your academic journey at WWU. College shapes so much of who we become as individuals and contributors to society—I’m honored to be in the position to serve students during this important time of life. From 2009-2013, I worked as an advisor and ally for diverse students pursuing teaching degrees at Woodring College of Education. Before coming to Western, I taught 9-12 grade social studies at an alternative high school in New Mexico through the Teach For America program. I have my Masters of Education in Counseling from Western (go Vikings!) and Bachelors of Arts in History and Theatre from the University of Washington (go Dawgs!). I’m passionate about equity, education, and assisting students in reaching their goals.
