Carissa Mason - Peer Mentor
If you see a girl engrossed in a novel, munching organic goodies at the local co-op, it’s probably Carissa Mason. Born and raised in Skagit Valley, WA, Carissa is a fan of gardening, writing, movies, and learning. She was the Vice President of Sedro-Woolley High School’s Club Diversity, and has been involved in drama, National Honor Society, and fostering cats for the Humane Society. Her passions lie in people, writing, psychology, and culture. She is addicted to dancing, music, and cashew butter. As a final note, she adores WWU, and her cat Smokey is her soul mate.
