Circle K International

What is Circle K International?

The main purpose of Circle K International is to give WWU students the opportunity to give back to the community through volunteer service. Students can use Circle K as a resource to connect to the community. We are affiliated with Kiwanis International and our mission is to develop college and university students into a global network of responsible citizens and leaders with a lifelong commitment to service.

How do volunteers help?

We provide various types of volunteer opportunities to our members. Projects range from feeding the homeless, volunteering at a nursing home, Relay for Life – the opportunities are endless!

What are the requirements to volunteer?

To be an active member, participants should have a passion and interest in volunteer service. We accept all who have an interest in joining our club to get involved with the community.

Do you train volunteers?

There is no training involved. All projects will have instructions prior to volunteering.

How many students volunteer?

Each year we have approximately 35 active members and are soon to be growing even larger.

What makes volunteering for Circle K special?

We are a group that allows for our members to work alongside of their peers to make a change in our local community.
