You could soon get a call from a Western student - other than your own
2013 Phonathon callers
If you haven’t had the chance to talk to one of our WWU student Phonathon callers, we hope you’ll pick up the phone when they call!
The Phonathon is one of several ways that we keep in touch with WWU alumni, parents and friends throughout the year.
The Phonathon staff consists of students who reach out via phone to update contact information, share stories about Western’s past and present, keep alumni informed about upcoming events, and ask for financial gifts to the university. Our callers are eager to talk with you about WWU and how your donations can make a difference in their lives and in the lives of future students.
Not only is a Phonathon call a great chance to hear from a student other than your own, it is an opportunity to learn how parents like you can get more involved with your student’s successes at Western.
Gifts to the Parents Program fund help turn your child’s hard-earned education into the reality of a job by providing services like academic and career assessment, support for job, internship and graduate school searches, employer outreach and career fairs, debt management and financial literacy, leadership opportunities and parent outreach.
