Students won't be penalized for missing the first day of class to observe Yom Kippur
Western’s first day of fall quarter is Sept. 26, the same day as Yom Kippur, a Jewish High Holy day. Western will not penalize students absent from classes on Sept. 26, nor drop such students from class lists because of their absence. Learn more.
