EPA Award Winner

Western Washington University is on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's list of the nation's top 20 green energy purchasers in higher education. Western was the only college or university in the State of Washington on the recently released EPA list.

In 2011, Western Washington University ranked 17th on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) list of the nation's top 20 renewable energy purchasers in higher education, and that year Western was the only college or university in Washington State to make this list.
