Presented by WWU Theatre students enrolled in the summer course “Advanced Acting Topics” taught by Brown, “Commedia” is a highly physicalized, masked comic performance originating from the Italian Renaissance. The show features well-known stock characters such as the tricky servants, young lovers, and foolish old men.

Streamers and Piece of My Heart are two plays that explore the full spectrum of the Vietnam experience. We'll be doing each play on alternate nights using the same set, in a challenging and unique approach. It will be the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, and we want to honor veterans and ensure awareness.

Along the way she struggles with stereotypes, snobbery, and scandal, and discovers she can tackle anything just by being herself.
